The Authorizations tab page on Document on Web UI has the following screen areas:

  • Authorizations for Current User: Allowed activities are selected in the Allowed Activities table.

  • Detailed Authorizations: You can perform an authorization simulation for another SAP user. The simulation provides you with an overview of the allowed activities for the specified user.

  • Access Control List (ACL): You can define additional authorizations for a specific user for the current document.

Note that the ACL is defined in addition to the Access Control Context. The authorizations provided by the ACL override the authorizations in the Access Control Context.
