Call up the archiving transaction.

The initial screen Archiving of PI Sheets and Work Instructions appears.

On the initial screen, choose the Display Archived Objects option and choose Execute .

The Display PI Sheet/Work Instructions from Archive screen appears.

Enter your selection criteria and choose Execute .

This takes you to the Overview of Archived PI Sheets/Work Instructions .

Select the desired PI sheet or work instructions and choose the Display from Archive pushbutton.

The system displays the archived object from the optical archive.
