The portal search field is located in the portal masthead. When you enter a string in the search field, a dropdown list opens displaying suggestions. Hover the cursor over any of the suggestions to see the role within which the object is located. Choose one of the suggestions to navigate directly to the suggested object.

The search dropdown list also displays the defined search providers. Your portal administrator can enable more than one search provider. If your portal administrator has defined a default search provider, this provider appears in bold. Choose the search provider, or one of its categories, to perform the search.
