You use this report to obtain total cycle time information about shop orders processed at an operation.

Shop order
RMA number
SFC number
Operation
Order type
Date range
Output
With this report, you can obtain the following:
Total time shop orders have been processed at an operation
Average, minimum, and maximum time shop order are in queue and in work at a specific operation
The results include the following data:
Shop order
Minimum, average and maximum cycle times
Note that this report only uses the SFC numbers with a status of Done, Done (Hold), or Scrapped in the calculation.
By default, the report is displayed in a graphical view.
