You can create new subfolders (that is, a document structure) using the functions in the navigation area.

Procedure

  1. Select a folder in the navigation area.

  2. Choose   Folder   Create  .

    The Create Folder dialog box appears.

  3. Enter mandatory data (for example, document number, type, part, and version) and confirm your entries with OK.

Result

The system creates the new folder below the selected folder. In addition to creating new folders, you can edit the folder structure using other functions in the navigation area (for example, copy and paste or cut and paste).
