List Maintenance 
You use this activity to define lists, and to change existing lists. You can add and remove columns to be displayed and the order in which they appear, enable or disable multiple record selection and specify the maximum number of rows to display for lists.

Allow Operator to Change Column Sequence |
If selected, allows the user to change the position of data columns that is controlled by the list |
Allow Operator to Sort Rows |
If selected, allows the user to sort rows in the table that is controlled by the list |
Allow Multiple Selection |
If selected, allows the user to select multiple rows in the table or browse that is controlled by the list |
Show All Active SFCs to Operator |
If selected, displays all SFC numbers that are in work regardless of their current operation |
Column Sequence |
The order in which the columns in the list appear in the table that is controlled by the list For example, a column with a sequence number of 10 displays before a column with a sequence of 20. The default value for the first Column Sequence field is 10 and each successive column sequence number increments by a value of 10. The sequence value must be a whole number. You cannot use 0. We recommend that you leave gaps between column sequence numbers (for example, use 10, 20 and 30 to sequence three columns) to facilitate inserting new columns between existing columns. |

Note that grey cells in this column are the database column names and cannot be changed. INFO column is available for the WORKLIST and OPERATION categories only. |
Row Sort Order |
Controls the sort order of the rows of data displayed in the table that is controlled by the list Values must be whole numbers. You cannot use 0. The row sort order entry closest to zero is displayed first, and so on. |
