You use this activity to create and change buyoff records in the system (see Buyoff).

This activity allows you to do the following:

  • Specify user groups that can perform a buyoff on the User Groups tab page

  • Attach a buyoff to multiple data objects on the Attached tab page

  • Enter custom data values (see Custom Data)

Prerequisites

You have created user groups in User Group Maintenance.

Fields

The following tables describe fields requiring explanation:

Main Tab

Status

Specifies whether the buyoff is enabled or disabled

Partial Allowed

If selected, an operator in the POD can partially complete the buyoff.

Reject Allowed

If selected, an operator in the POD can reject the buyoff.

Skip Allowed

If selected, an operator can skip the buyoff.
User Groups Tab

Field

Description

Available User Groups

Lists the available user groups that you can assign to this buyoff

Assigned User Groups

Lists the user groups that have been assigned to this buyoff
Attachment Point Details Screen

Field

Description

Sequence

The order in which the buyoff occurs when it is assigned to the attachment point

Data objects:

  • Material Group

  • Material/Version

  • Routing/Version

  • Step ID

  • Operation

  • Work Center

  • Resource Type

  • Resource

  • Customer Order

  • Shop Order

  • SFC

Data object to which a buyoff is attached.

If you need to change existing attachment points, choose Details in the required row.
