User Certification Assignment Maintenance 
You use this activity to assign certifications to users (see Certification and User).
Prerequisites
You have created user accounts in User Maintenance and certifications in Certification Maintenance.
You have set a certification expiration warning period in System Rule Maintenance (see System Setup Rules).

Status |
The status of the user certification assignment Cert Enabled: The user certification assignment can be made. Cert Hold: The user certification assignment is on hold. Cert Revoked: The user certification assignment has been revoked and is not valid. |
Date Certified |
The date when the current user certification takes effect for the user |
Date Expires |
The date when the current user certification expires for the user |
Extension |
The date when the temporary extension expires |
Details |
Allows you to enter comments Note that a comment is required if the status of a user certification assignment is changed to Cert Revoked. |
Note
The certification row color is red if the certification has expired and orange if it is about to expire.
