Terminating/Deleting HR Organizational Units Or Assignments 
Use
You can terminate the validity of an HR organizational unit, so reduce the timeframe, or you can delete it altogether, including its entire history.
You can terminate the following assignments:
HR organizational unit <-> HR organizational unit
HR organizational unit <-> Cost center
HR organizational unit <-> Profit center
You can delete the following assignments:
HR organizational unit <-> HR organizational unit
HR organizational unit <-> Cost center
HR organizational unit <-> Profit center
HR organizational unit <-> Company code
Procedure
Terminate HR Organizational Unit Or Assignment
In the Overview area , select the organizational unit or its assignment that you want to teminate.
Choose Terminate and choose the organizational unit or the corresponding assignment.
Enter the new End date for the organizational unit or the assignment.
Choose Save .
Delete HR Organizational Unit Or Assignment
In the Overview area , select the organizational unit or its assignment that you want to delete.
Choose Delete and choose the organizational unit or the corresponding assignment.
Choose Save .
