Using SFC Selection
On the initial screen of SFC Selection, from the Select By drop-down menu, select the desired criterion User/SFC that will be used to retrieve SFC numbers:
Material
Shop Order
User
SFC
Note that if you select User as the criterion, the field becomes a text field and the user login is displayed.
Enter data as required.
If you want to specify the status of the SFC numbers to be displayed, select the desired value in SFC Status drop-down menu.
If required, select the desired value in the Work Center Category drop-down menu, and specify the name of the work center in the Work Center field.
Retrieve the data. The system displays the SFC Selection List based on the values you have entered in the table. Additionally, the SFC List is filtered if user certifications are defined based on material, operation, resource, or the Supervisor Work Assignment activity.
Select the SFC numbers you want to work on and open the Operation List.
Note
If the OPERATION_LIST_REQ activity rule is set to NO, you are not required to choose the Operation List pushbutton in the SFC Selection activity to select the operation they are going to work on. Open the Integrated POD screen by choosing POD.
If the user selects multiple SFC numbers and chooses Operation List, the SFC numbers must have the same required configuration data: material and routing (see Material, and Routing).
Choose the operation you are going to work on. Only one row can be selected.
Choose OK.
The system sends you to the Integrated POD with all information passed to it.
