Procedure

  1. On the List Maintenance screen, specify the NC category.

  2. Enter the name of the list and a description for this list.

  3. Specify the statuses of logged NC codes you want the system to display in this NC list that will be displayed in the Log NC client.

  4. Add list columns by inserting new rows in the table:

    Column

    Description

    Column Sequence

The order in which the columns in this list appear

For example, a column with a sequence number of 10 is displayed before a column with a sequence of 20.

The default value for the first Column Sequence field is 10 and each successive column sequence number increments by a value of 10.

The sequence value must be a whole number. You cannot use 0.

We recommend that you leave gaps between column sequence numbers (for example, use 10, 20 and 30 to sequence three columns) to facilitate inserting new columns between existing columns.

    Column Name

The name of the column the user sees in this list

    Note Note

The NC_CODE_BO column is always present in the NC category lists.

Cells in this column may be gray because the name is the database column name and cannot be changed.

    End of the note.
  5. Save your entries.
