Since Log Buyoff is a POD plug-in, in the POD Maintenance, configure the Log Buyoff (LOG_BUYOFF) to be manually launched by hooking this activity to the Start or Complete pushbutton.
The system displays the Log Buyoff screen containing the table with buyoffs associated for the selected SFC numbers.
Choose a buyoff row in the table. The system displays the Log Buyoff Action screen area or that buyoff in the Log Buyoff screen.
Specify an action and enter a comment for the current buyoff.
Note
If the Partial or Reject action is being logged, comments are required.
Enter the login and password for logging the buyoff action.
Note
To log a buyoff, the user should enter the correct login and password for the specific buyoff to be performed in the POD. The login and password must match a user within a user group that was associated to the buyoff. When the user chooses Add , the system validates if this user can log the buyoff.
Choose Add to log the buyoff action and return to the POD.
