Audit Log Report 
You use this report to obtain information about maintenance changes made to audit-logged master data and objects in SAP ME.
Features
Selection
The search parameters for the report include the following:
User
Category (type of data or object)
Category value and version (identifies specific instance changed)
Change type
Date range
Output
The results include the following data:
The category of maintenance object
The date and time when the change was saved
The change type
The user who saved the change
Link to the Audit Log Change Details report
The Audit Log Change Details report includes the following data:
Table name (name of the ODS Audit Log table containing the data)
Table value (the handle for the table record containing the data)
Column name (name of a column, object attribute, in the table)
Old (previous) and new values for the object attribute
