You use this activity to approve time records for users in your cost center (see Cost Center). You can also edit these records and perform other tasks. Note that you must be a supervisor of the cost center.

Fields

The following table describes fields requiring explanation:

Field

Description

Labor Date

Indicates the date the user in this row clocked in

Total time

Indicates the total labor time for this user on this date. Total labor time is the total time charged to this user on this date, including both direct and indirect labor.

Direct Labor Time

Indicates the total direct labor time for this user on this date

Default Labor Time

Indicates the total time on this date charged to this user's default user LCC. This is indirect labor time.

Other Indirect Labor Time

Indicates indirect labor time, excluding default labor time, charged to this user on this date

Warning Status

Indicates changes and mismatches in the time records. The legend is the following:

*: A supervisor has performed or changed clock-in or clock-out.

**: A supervisor has edited the time record

#: Total hours between clock-in and clock-out do not match total labor hours. The # appears only if you selected Check Edited Labor Times checkbox on the Supervisor Time Edit Rules tab page in Labor Rule Maintenance.

Action

Displays the User Labor Time Summary screen for this row
