Order Data from the SAP System to the PC
If you work on-site with a PC and want to display and edit the data for orders which require on-site processing, you can load order data from the system into an Access™ database.
A corresponding entry must be made by the system administration in Customizing.

The system supplies the order data for downloading. The customer is responsible for providing the PC application used to process the data on-site.

1. In the system, call up the order whose data you want to download.
2. Choose Order → Print → Download.
3. Save the order.
The system loads the order data into the Access™ database on the PC. The execution of all other processing steps depends on the program on your PC.

1. From the initial SAP menu, create a list of all the orders whose data you want to download using Order → List editing.
2. Choose List →Access™.
The system loads the list into the Access™ database on the PC. The execution of all other processing steps depends on the program on your PC.
