Procedure documentation Entering Notification Data for an Object in the Object List  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

  1. Execute one of the following options:
    1. Call up the overall completion confirmation and enter data as required in the header data section.
    2. Choose Continue, and then Environment ® Object list.

    3. Call up the detail data screen for individual time confirmation for the required operation using order/operation number or using confirmation number.

On the detail data screen for the required order operation, choose Environment ® Object list.

You access the object list for the order.

  1. In the line of the required object in the list or in the standard toolbar, you see:
  1. In the line of the required object in the list, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Create notification or This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Change notification.

If no notification is assigned to the object, you enter the required notification category in the dialog box that appears and then choose Continue.
The header data screen for the notification appears.

The assignment of the notification to the object in the object list is only saved when you save the confirmation.

  1. Enter data as required in the notification.
  2. Return to the object list using Goto ® Back.
  3. If necessary, enter additional notifications/notification data for other objects in the object list and return to the confirmation, from which you called up the object list, using Goto ® Back.
  4. Caution

    Before you save, note the following:

    The overall completion confirmation saves all the data, which has been displayed in one step on the entry screen or the accompanying dialog boxes. It also saves proposal data.

    If you do not want to save certain confirmation or proposal data, you must delete these lines from the tables before saving.

  5. Save your entries.
