Procedure

To access individual functions shown in the table, from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics Maintenance Processing Order Change, and then enter the number of the order.

What You Should Know

Setting a digital signature

Edit Digital Signatures Set

To set a digital signature enter your user password and choose Enter.

If you have not made any Customizing settings for the combination of order type and plant in question, an error message appears.

Once an operation has been digitally signed, it receives status DSIG and can no longer be modified.

Resetting digital signature status

Edit Digital Signatures Reset

Only authorized users can reset digital signature status.

Opening the digital signatures log

Goto Logs Digital Sig. Log

You use this function to view the digital signature history of each operation
