Function documentationData Collection Definition Report

 

You can use this report to obtain information about Data Collection (DC) groups and data parameters that are collected during the manufacturing process. The data parameters can be used to monitor environmental conditions, product characteristics and attributes, production process quality and performance.

Features

Selection

The search parameters for the report include the following:

  • DC group and its version

  • Parameter (data collection parameter name)

  • Material group

  • Material and its version

  • Operation

  • Routing and its version

  • Resource

  • Chart name (for SPC data collection)

Output

The results include the following data:

  • DC group and its version

  • Current version indicator

  • DC group description

  • Collect data at (Start, Start/Complete, Complete or Anytime)

  • Pass/Fail group indicator

  • Link to the Data Collection Definition Details Report

The Data Collection Definition Details Report includes the following data:

  • DC group status

  • User Authentication Required indicator

  • Certifications (for collecting data)

And for each parameter:

  • Sequence

  • Parameter

  • Description

  • Status

  • Link to Parameter Details Report

The Parameter Details Report includes the following data:

  • SPC сhart

  • Short Run indicator

  • When to Display сhart (never, always or only alarm)

  • Perform SPC Analysis indicator

  • Allow Missing Values indicator

  • Display Data Information indicator

  • Data type (numeric, boolean, formula, text)

  • Override Min/Max indicator

  • Certifications for override

  • Mask

  • Min value

  • Max value

  • Unit of measure

  • Number of required data entries

  • Number of optional data entries

  • Expression builder

  • Formula
