Process Flow of Prelim. Budget Entry with Workflow

The following illustrates an example for the process flow of a preliminary budget entry with Workflow: For example, a budgeting document is parked by a processor. After this it is forwarded to the person responsible for release.

The document is automatically posted when released by the processor. If the document is rejected, the processor gets it back. This document cannot be changed (e.g. document change), but can only be canceled. If the document is canceled, the original document with all the data is copied and can be changed accordingly.
