Use

This function allows you to view budget values from different perspectives. This enables you to check budget execution more easily.

Features

The following views are available. Take note that all views are not available in every transaction.

  • The current budget consists of the original budget, supplements, returns, transfers and, if appropriate, additional budget types.

  • The distributed budget consists of the current budget of subordinate objects.

  • The distributable budget is the difference between current budget and distributed budget.

  • The assigned value is made up of commitments and actuals postings. For more information, see Availability Control Settings .

  • Previous year is the value of the current budget in the previous year.

  • Cumulative is the sum of the current annual budget.

  • Remainder is the difference between the current overall budget and the cumulative value.

  • Release is the value of the released current budget at this point in time.
