Using the History Bar 
In the Budget Text Organizer, a user can display the budget texts previously accessed (user history). When a user creates a budget text, it is stored in the user history.
The advantage of the history is that you can directly access a budget text by choosing it from your history.
The name of the budget text used for the history is represented by the value of the header text, which you can fill during the creation of the key field of the budget text. Otherwise, by default, the name is the concatenation of the key field values, as when the budget text has been created in the budget planning transaction.
You have created budget texts in the Budget Text Organizer.
Call transaction FMTEXT and specify your FM area.
In the bottom left section of the screen, double-click on your budget text and open it to full-screen size on the right. After selecting a budget text, you can do the following:
To open a budget text in change mode, select .
To open a budget text in display mode, select .
You can move a budget text from the history to your favorites by choosing the button Alternatively, you can first open the Favorites bar and select your budget text in the history, then drag and drop it into a favorite folder.
You can delete a budget text from the history by selecting Delete or .
After you create a new budget text, you can select Refresh to see your budget text in the history.
