You use this activity to create a new process lot and to add or remove SFC numbers from an existing process lot in the POD.

Prerequisites

You have done one of the following:

  • Selected the first SFC number that you want to add to the process lot

  • Entered a new or existing process lot number in the SFC field in the POD

  • Selected the Process Lot activity by choosing the Activities button or the Process Lot button in the POD

Rules

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

ALLOW_MIXED_ITEM

YES (default): Allows multiple materials to be added to a process lot

NO: Prevents multiple materials from being added to a process lot

ALLOW_MIXED_OPERATION

YES: Allows SFC numbers at different operations to be added to a process lot

NO (default): Prevents SFC numbers at different operations from being added to a process lot

ALLOW_MIXED_ROUTER

YES: Allows SFC numbers on different routings to be added to a process lot

NO (default): Prevents SFC numbers on different routings from being added to a process lot

ALLOW_MIXED_SHOP_ORDER

YES (default): Allows SFC numbers on different shop orders to be added to a process lot

NO: Prevents SFC numbers on different shop orders from being added to a process lot

ALLOW_MIXED_STATUS

YES: Allows SFC numbers with different statuses to be added to a process lot

NO (default): Prevents SFC numbers with different statuses from being added to a process lot
