 Transfer of CO Planning Data Locate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can use the program RFFMCY_CO_COPI (Transfer of Planning Data from Controlling, Transaction FMCYCOPI_CO) to copy data from a planning version in Controlling (CO) to a budget version in Funds Management. You use this program to generate similar budgets in Funds Management through the transfer of CO plan data. For more information on executing this program, see the program documentation.

Prerequisites

It must be possible for FM account assignments to be derived from CO account assignments. For more information, see the SAP Library documentation on Funds Management in Integration with Cost and Project Controlling .

Activities

In order to transfer the plan data from Controlling, proceed as follows:

  1. Select   Accounting   Public Sector Management   Funds Management   Budgeting   Budget Control System (BCS)   Tools   Planning   Plan Data Transfer from CO.  

  2. Enter the controlling area, the fiscal year, the source version and any further data from CO to be transferred.

  3. In the box called Target , enter the target transfer data (FM area, budget category, target version and budget type).

  4. Run the program. The output list generates an SAP List Viewer output containing the results of the program run.
