Background documentationWork Instruction Viewer

You use this activity to view work instructions for the selected SFC numbers in the POD (see Work Instruction).

Prerequisites
  • You have installed SAP Visual Enterprise Viewer to view 2D and 3D models within the plug-in (for file formats other than .vds).

  • You have assigned a model to the work instruction on the Instruction tab of Work Instruction Maintenance (see Work Instruction Maintenance).

Note Note

If you use SAP HTML5 Visual Enterprise Viewer, you do not need to download or install any software to the client PC to view models in the .vds file format and the POD must be run in the standards mode of the Microsoft Internet Explorer.

End of the note.
Integration

When the user selects the View button in the Work Instruction List plug-in, the Work Instruction Viewer displays work instructions selected in Work Instruction List for the selected SFC numbers (see Work Instruction List).
