2005 is the current fiscal year.

The commitment budget for a fiscal year is shown separately for each of the five subsequent years.

  1. Data is recorded in Funds Management in the fiscal year and period in which the business transaction affects liquidity or profit (for example, when the invoice is received or payment goes out) or leads to a business transaction which has this effect (such as a purchase order).

  2. Data is recorded in Funds Management in the fiscal year and period in which the business transaction affects liquidity or profit (for example, when the invoice is received or payment goes out) or leads to a business transaction which has this effect (such as a purchase order).

    Example Example

    A funds commitment posted in 2005 due in 2006 only commits funds in the commitment budget for 2006.
