Labor Off

You can use the LT380 activity to indicate that you have stopped working on the selected SFC number in the POD and to collect distributed work time. For more information about collecting work time, see Collect Work Time.

You can also use this activity to labor off another user, if the AUTH_REQUIRED activity rule is set to YES.

Prerequisites

You have assigned the LT380 activity to the Complete and Sign Off buttons in the POD Maintenance for the labor information to be collected on Complete.

Rules

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

Rule	Setting
ALLOW_ELAPSED_TIME_EXCESS	YES: In Collect Work Time, the system does not validate the total entered values against the Time Elapsed value. NO: In Collect Work Time, the system validates the total entered values against the Time Elapsed value; if the total exceeds the Time Elapsed value, the system does not allow you to save the data.
AUTH_REQUIRED	YES: Allows you to labor off another user by entering this user's ID and password NO (default): Labors off currently logged on user Note You must create this activity rule in Activity Maintenance manually as follows: In Activity Maintenance, retrieve the activity. On the Rules tab page, choose Insert New, and enter the rule name `AUTH_REQUIRED` and either YES or NO in the Setting field. Save your entries. End of the note.
DISPLAY_PLANNED_TIME	YES: In Collect Work Time, planned distributed labor time values are displayed as a hint. NO (default): In Collect Work Time, planned distributed labor time values are not displayed.
PLUGIN_URL	Specifies the plug-in location in the SAP ME folder structure Default value: /COM/SAP/ME/LABOR/CLIENT/COLLECTWORKTIMEPLUGIN.JSP Caution Any changes to the PLUGIN_URL activity rule setting in Activity Maintenance may result in incorrect display of the plug-in in the POD.
