Authorizations for the Funds Management Information System 
Use
You can use authorizations to control the display of specific objects (FM area, funds center, budget version, and so on). In order to be able to execute the reports in the information system, you require the appropriate authorizations. Only the lines for which you have authorization are displayed. The other lines are not displayed.

The authorization checks for objects in Funds Management occur though the logical database FMF.
