Distributing Additional Revenues

You can use the Rule Maintenance for Revenues Increasing the Budget to define which share of a revenue and at which level revenues on the expenditures FM account assignments even increase the budget and which share should flow onto the surplus FM account assignment. Different scenarios are conceivable here.

The graphic below represents the distribution of revenue to the expenditures FM account assignments and the surplus FM account assignments using the program RFFMUD21, if you work with all values which the distribution can control.

If, while working the above example, you did not define an interval (minimum revenue and upper limit), then only 250 would flow onto the surplus FM account assignment. This amount results from the incomplete distribution of the revenue (only 90 %) to the expenditures FM account assignments. The distribution to the expenditures FM account assignments would be as follows: XXX 500, YYY 1.000, ZZZ 750 .
