Procedure

In Command Line

Enter Archive in the command line.

Archive.bat/Archive.ksh is executed.

Using Background Processing Activity

  1. In the Archiving row, select the Enabled checkbox.

  2. In the Run Every column, define how often the archiving process should be run.

  3. In the After (or interval) column, define the time of the day the process should be run.

    Note Note

    If you selected EveryxMinutes in the Run Every field, the value in the After (or interval) field indicates the interval between the runs.

  4. Save your entries.
