Shop Order Table

You can change the default field values of shop orders (see Shop Order). The system loads these values when key fields are empty. For more information, see Default Value Maintenance.

The following table describes fields requiring explanation:

Column	Description
Order Type	PRODUCTION: Production shop order REPETITIVE: Repetitive shop order with no build quantity limits. RMA: Shop order type for Returned Material Authorization. REWORK: Rework order for product that is returned from another site INCOMING INSPECTION: Incoming inspection shop order for components that are tracked on an inspection order ENGINEERING: Engineering shop order for new product or experiments TOOLING: Shop order used for building tools that are used for manufacturing SPARE: Shop order used for producing spare materials
Priority	The priority of this shop order relative to other shop orders The greater the number, the higher the priority.
Status	501: Releasable 502: Hold 503: Done 504: Closed Note The status is provided by the Product Definition Status Group. End of the note.
