  Earmarked Funds for Standing Requests Locate this document in the navigation structure

Use

You can use this function to create new earmarked funds after fiscal year change and update the associated standing request master documents. This function is required because standing requests usually last for several years, whereas earmarked funds are year-dependent. When creating a standing request, the program automatically generates earmarked funds for the current fiscal year. Therefore, after fiscal year change, the new earmarked funds must be created to ensure that the standing request continues to be valid in the new fiscal year.

Prerequisites

The program generates earmarked funds documents on the basis of the entries in IMG activity Create Earmarked Funds for Standing Request that have been defined in the Customizing ofFunds Management Government.
