We recommend that you use the list as follows:

  • In the Operation PODs, you use it to display SFC numbers in work at a production operation and resource. These are the SFC numbers an operator has started, but not yet completed.

  • In the Work Center PODs, you use it to display the SFC numbers found according to the criteria entered on the POD Selection area.

You can change the columns displayed in the list as well as their order and sorting in List Maintenance (see List Maintenance).

Rules

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

AUTO_SELECT

If set to TRUE, the system automatically selects the first row in the POD Work List.

Default value: FALSE.

PLUGIN_URL

Specifies the plug-in location in the SAP ME folder structure

Default value: /COM/SAP/ME/PRODUCTION/PODCLIENT/WORKLIST.JSP

Caution Caution

Any changes to the PLUGIN_URL activity rule setting in Activity Maintenance may result in incorrect display of the plug-in in the POD.

Fields

The following tables describe fields requiring explanation:

Default Work List

Field

Description

SFC Qty

The number of pieces in the SFC number

Priority

A number representing the priority of the shop order to which the SFC number belongs. The default priority is 500. 999 is the highest priority, while 1 is the lowest priority.

Risk Event

Displays icons indicating if there has been a change to the work instructions (see Work Instruction)

Status

The current status of the SFC number

New: The SFC number has been created and released, but has not been started at any operation. For example, an SFC number that was newly generated by Create and Release SFC at the first operation on the routing has a New status.

In Queue: The SFC number is ready to be started at this operation. SFC numbers that are labored off have the In Queue status.

Hold: The SFC number is on hold. When an SFC number is on hold, operators cannot start, complete, or nonconform the SFC number. Operators can perform assembly actions on the SFC number.

Planned Complete Date

The date when the SFC number is scheduled to be completed

Info

Displays icons indicating if an SFC number contains additional information such as tool list, data collection, etc.

Field

Description

Operation Schedule Start Date

Recommended date and time for the start of processing SFC numbers of this Production shop order at this operation. This value comes from SAP Shop Floor Dispatching and Monitoring Tool for SAP ERP (see Transfer of Production Order with SFDM Scheduling Information).

Operation Schedule End Date

Recommended date and time for the completion of processing SFC numbers for this Production shop order at this operation. This value comes from SAP Shop Floor Dispatching and Monitoring Tool for SAP ERP.

Planned Resource

Recommended resource for processing SFC numbers of this Production shop order at this operation. This value comes from SAP Shop Floor Dispatching and Monitoring Tool for SAP ERP.

Resource

Actual resource at which SFC numbers are processed at this operation
