Update Control 
You have the flexibility to adjust updating of commitment and actual data in Funds Management to suit your requirements. The following table gives an overview of update options and where you can find more information on individual topics.

Note
After you have selected the update in accordance with your requirements, you should not change the settings in a productive system because inconsistencies can arise in the data retention and in the information system. If you want to change the settings after the productive start, you must first delete all actual data in Funds Management and reconstruct it again. See SAP Internal Data Transfer for more information.
