The program cannot create a funds commitment because the current date and the execution date are in different years. Use program Create Funds Commitment from Standing Order to create the funds commitment for the year 2000. This program creates a funds commitment of 1200 EUR for the year 2000 and updates the standing request master document simultaneously.
