You use this report to obtain information about DC group parameter values collected during the manufacturing process, including the following:

  • A summary of the data that has been collected for a DC group, SFC number, material, work center, or resource

  • A list of DC groups that are defined for a material and operation

  • A list of values collected for a certain parameter of a DC group

Features

Selection

The search parameters for the report include the following:

  • Collection type

  • DC group and version

  • DC parameter name

  • SFC numbers

  • Material and its version

  • User who collected the data

  • Date range

Output

The results include the following data:

  • A summary of the data that has been collected for a DC group, SFC number, material, work center, or resource

  • A list of DC groups that are defined for a material, operation, and a list of values collected for a certain parameter of a DC group

  • DC group and its version

  • DC parameter name

  • Value

  • SFC number

  • Date and time when data was collected

  • Material and its version

  • Operation and its version

  • The Edited indicator (shows if the value has been edited)

  • Link to the Parameter Results Detail Report

The Parameter Results Detail Report includes the following data:

  • DC parameter name and its description

  • DC group, its version and description

  • Times processed

  • Original value

  • Date and time when original value was collected

  • User who entered the original value

  • User who authorized value outside of parameter limits

  • Current value

  • User defined fields

  • User options

  • Comments
