This process workflow activity opens the Log Code screen to enter Cause, Resolution, or Corrective Action codes when processing messages in the Message Board POD (see Message).

Rules

The following table describes rules and settings that you can change for this activity in Activity Maintenance:

PLUGIN_URL

Specifies the plug-in location in the SAP ME folder structure

Default value: /COM/SAP/ME/MESSAGING/CLIENT/LOGCODES.JSP

Caution Caution

Any changes to the PLUGIN_URL activity rule setting in Activity Maintenance may result in incorrect display of the plug-in in the Message Board POD.

REQ_CAUSE_CLEAR

If set to TRUE, requires the Cause code to be entered

Default value: TRUE

REQ_CORREC_ACTION_CLEAR

If set toTRUE, requires the Corrective Action code to be entered

Default value: TRUE

REQ_RESOLUTION_CLEAR

If set to TRUE, requires the Resolution code to be entered

Default value: TRUE
