Archiving Budget Entry Documents 
Definition
Archiving object FM_BUDENT for archiving Funds Management (FM) budget entry documents.
Structure
When archiving budget entry documents, data is archived from a number of different tables. If you are archiving object FM_BUDENT, you can display the relevant tables by clicking on the DB tables button.
When working with archiving object FM_BUDENT , the following functions are available:

The archiving program archives budget entry documents for completed fiscal years and generates an archive file from the data. You can set up the program so that database entries are deleted immediately after archiving |

The deletion program deletes the database entries for budget entry documents that have been archived. |

Reload |
The reloading program reloads archived budget entry documents into the database. You should only reload database entries in exceptional cases. For more information, see program documentation. |
