User and Child Tables

You can change the default field values of users (see User). The system loads these values when key fields are empty. For more information, see Default Value Maintenance.

The following table describes fields requiring explanation:

Column	Description
Clock In Control	Defines when and how the user may clock in/out A: The user is automatically clocked in at login time. R: The user must be clocked in before the user is allowed to log in. M: No check is made at login time. The user must log in manually.
Status	601: Active 602: Inactive 603: Terminated Note The status is provided by the User Definition Status Group. End of the note.
User Type	E: Exempt (salaried) employee N: Nonexempt (hourly) employee C: Contract employee T: Temporary employee
