Use

The Budget Text Organizer offers a favorites functionality per user. As with the MS-Explorer, a user can create his or her own folders in order to organize favorites.

Prerequisites

You have created budget texts in the Budget Text Organizer.

Features

When a user creates a budget text, it is first stored in the history of the user. Then, in a second step, the user can decide to move the budget text to the favorites via drag and drop, or by selecting   Activity   Add to favorites   in the history bar.

The advantage of the favorites functionality is that you can directly open a budget text by selecting it.

You can also rename the budget text. By default, the name of the budget text used for the favorites is represented by the key field values of the header which you enter during creation.
