Use

You use this program to start the cash document transfer to the Financial Accounting component. The cash payments entered in the cash desk subsidiary ledger are posted to the accounts specified in the cash documents from Financial Accounting.

Prerequisites

Only cash documents that have been released can be transferred to the Financial Accounting component.

Features

  • You can use selection criteria to select the cash documents for transferal.

  • Incorrectly sent settlement payments (payment transactions with FI document) are written to a batch input session.

  • If errors occur in cash documents with FI clearing, the program will try to reconstruct the document using a call transaction and a batch input session will be generated.

  • If the documents contain errors that prevent a batch input session from being generated, a list of the postings with errors is displayed. After making corrections, you can reconstruct these documents.

  • After transferal, the system issues a confirmation that the cash documents were successfully posted.
