iSPCChart Upper Chart WECO Texts

You use the properties in the table below to display and configure the Western Electric Company (WECO) rule numbers in the upper chart of your SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) SPC chart. For more information about WECO rule numbers, see WECO Rules.

Integration

You can display the appropriate WECO rule number next to data points that have alarms. If a point has multiple alarms, the WECO rule numbers appear in a comma-delimited format.

The following table lists the Upper Chart WECO Texts properties:

Alarm Text Color	`UpperAlarmTextColor`	Color	Determines the color of the alarm text
Alarm Background Color	`UpperAlarmBackgroundColor`	Color	Determines the color of the background of the alarm text
Show in Reverse Coloring	`UpperShowReverseColor`	Boolean	If selected, switches the text color with the background color
Font Size	`UpperAlarmFontSize`	Integer	Determines the size of the font for the alarm text
Font Style	`UpperAlarmFontStyle`	Integer	Sets the style of the alarm text to one of the following: ●0 (normal) ●1 (bold) ●2 (italic) ●3 (bold italic)
Alarm Text Delimiter	`UpperAlarmTextDelimiter`	String	Sets the one-character string to be used as the delimiter for the alarm text
Alarm [1-9] Text Abbreviation	`UpperAlarmTextAbbreviation.n [1-9]`	String	Sets a string to be used as a replacement for the WECO rule number. If no string is specified, the number is used.

Activities

You can set these properties for your SPC chart template on the Upper Chart WECO Texts screen in the SAP MII Workbench and change the parameter values for individual applets through scripting.
