 Creating Funds Transfers Locate this document in the navigation structure

Use

Using funds transfers you can transfer assigned funds which are in a particular Funds Management account assignment, to other Funds Management account assignments.

Procedure

  1. Choose   Accounting   Public Sector Management   Funds Management   Posting   Funds Transfers   Create.  

  2. Maintain header data on initial screen:

  3. Choose Continue .

  4. If you choose fast entry you reach the overview screen from the initial screen.

    If you choose Detail screen line item you reach the detail screen from the initial screen.

  5. For each transfer, you must enter an amount, a commitment item and a funds center for the sender funds center (Se) and the receiver funds center (Em):

  6. If you have chosen a document type with Workflow, you must enter the amount in the Amount changed field. The entered amount is transferred by the system after approval into the field Total amount.

  7. Save your entries.
