Standalone Data Collection
You can collect data for resources and work centers being used in manufacturing (see Resource and Work Center).
Data can be collected for a single resource or work center at any time from a POD by choosing a button that is configured to start the Data Collection Standalone
activity (see Data Collection Standalone).
Example
You can collect the following types of information:
Temperature of a resource, for example an oven, when a board goes into or comes out of the resource
Humidity or temperature of a work center or work area
End of the example.
Collected data can be automatically sent to the SPC system for processing and analysis.
