Reason Code Maintenance
You use this activity to create and change reason codes known as predefined comments or reasons that can be logged when executing production activities on the manufacturing shop floor (see Reason Code).
These activities include the corrective action to process a message in the Message Board
POD, the reason why a product is placed on immediate or future hold, the receipt of material for shop floor consumption, the change of shop floor equipment, or the definition of an engineering
change request.
