Transfer of Production Order with Document Info Records
This function enables the transfer of document info records attached to a production order in SAP ERP to create a Production
shop order and work instructions attached to the shop order operations in SAP ME (see Work Instruction).
You can use this function with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 6 or higher.

You have set up ALE communication to create and transmit LOIPRO
IDocs (see Customizing for ALE for Communication with SAP ME).
You have defined a DRF Replication Model to replicate LOIPRO
IDocs (in Customizing for Production
, choose ). For information about SAP ERP versions supporting DRF, see SAP Note 1793291
.
You create a production order either manually (transaction CO01
) or update the existing production order (transaction CO02
) (see Creating a Production Order).
You attach one or more document info records to a production order header by entering the document type.
Note
Document info record must be of Non-PRT type, if attached to the production order header.
Alternatively, you can attach one or more document info records to an operation of a production order by entering the operation and document type.
