Batch Processing: Totaling up

You can use this program in the following situations:

Within hierarchy maintenance, you have saved your budget data for the new year inconsistently on a lower hierarchy level and want automatically to fill all interim levels of the budget hierarchy with values.

You have defined new budget objects within the budget structure and these are to receive a budget.

When totaling up the budget values, all changes which you have made to your original budget by means of budget updates such as supplements, are not taken into account for each transaction but are entered into the original budget. The budget subtypes that you have personally defined are not taken into to consideration separately. The corresponding values are cumulative and set in the original budget under budget type "space".
