The one step creation of business partners enables you to edit relationship-specific data of business partner A, and in parallel create a business partner master data record for business partner B.

The data for both business partners is submitted and can be approved using the same change request.

Activities

You edit the business partner master data for business partner A.

  1. In the Relationships section select a Relationship Category.

  2. To create business partner master data for business partner B choose Create .

    Note Note

    For existing business partners use the input help of the Partner ID field.

  3. Select a business partner category. Business partner categories are:

    • Organization

    • Person

    • Group

  4. Enter the required data and choose Done.

Result

Relationship-specific data for business partner A as well as business partner master data for business partner B is created and can be submitted using the same change request.
