File Download
You can use this Web Dynpro application (USMD_FILE_DOWNLOAD) to copy master data from MDG-specific database tables to a local file in CSV format, allowing you to upload the data from this file to decentralized systems.
Prerequisites
A standard data model is defined in your user master record.
Features
The application lets you enter all the relevant parameters for the download and then starts the download process.
To avoid having to set the parameters again for each download process, you can save the current settings in a variant. The variant management functions are integrated in the application.

in SAP NetWeaver Portal, you can call this Web Dynpro application in the Financial Master Data Governance
work center from the File Download iView.
