       1.      Enter the following command on the computer on which you configured the Synchronization Manager GUI:

<independent_program_path>\bin\syncmangui

       2.      If you are starting the Synchronization Manager GUI for the first time and have never started the message server or a synchronization service, the system asks you for the path of your Java installation and the path of the j2ee.jar file from your J2EE installation.

The system saves these entries in the syncman.cfg file. On Microsoft Windows, this file is in the directory <user_home>\sdb; on UNIX/Linux, it is in the directory <user_home>/.sdb.
