Prerequisites

Cancellation Procedure

You have chosen a rental car, but not yet booked it (status prereserved or requested)
  1. In the overview of the travel plan choose the relevant rental car request and This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Cancel.

You have selected and booked a car rental.
  1. In the overview of the travel plan choose, the relevant rental car request and This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Cancel.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Book with quick info Book Travel Plan (Ctrl + F11), to confirm the cancellation with the reservation system.

 

Result

The rental car request and any corresponding reservations, if made, are deleted.

 

Note

A cancellation is also required, if you have selected a rental car but have not booked it, and you wish to make changed to the rental car request before placing the booking. After successfully canceling the reservation, you can then restart your changed rental car query.
